Touch Panel aka Digitizer: If the top touch panel or aka glass top is cracked or broken but the image under it is fine then you only need the Touch Panel.
Complete Screen with Touch Panel and LCD: If the top touch panel is broken and the lcd image is either black liquid or cracked you need a complete screen.

Took a little delay to reach me but the waiting is worth. The product is the same as what I saw in this site. I myself replaced the led screen set and the phone now looks like new and works awesome. The only problem I found there was no T2 screw driver in the tool kit which I purchased along with screen set and I managed to open the t2 screws with some other tool. Other than that everything went fine

So far, everything is fine, functionally, and the kit is complete with new cables and everything. Only complaint is that the back light for the function buttons at the bottom is dim, only half lit, and there is some light bleed around the edge of the screen towards the bottom. Not sure if this unit is defective or if it is just a cheaper, non-genuine part.
