I got this due to a cracked camera lens. I should've looked closer as this back doesn't include the flash/IR lens cover (2 small holes by the camera lens), it has to be removed and reinstalled from the original. Its a bit of a pain as its installed by melting plastic posts down after the lens is placed on them, but not an impossible task.
