HTC Sensation Motherboard Flex Cable (Used)

My sister's phone had broken glass. While replacing glass/digitizer/lcd (complete part), the motherboard connector to the camera broke. Because I was not sure if the camera was broken as well during the fall I ordered this piece together with a new camera (Back Camera Flex Cable for HTC Sensation / Sensation XE). Delivery was fast, however, the board had a severely damaged volume button connector. I made a picture of it during the assembly for my sister and sent it to parts4repair customer service. In the picture, one could clearly see the original motherboard (with broken camera connector) and the new board with the broken volume button connector. I took the picture through a magnifying glass by the way. After that I finished the assembly and my sister was happy. She said she could live with a volume down button that doesn't work. I think it is not acceptable, the product's advertised picture had no damage whatsoever. Customer Service replied that they needed a picture with ONLY their part on it. So I cropped the image and resent it. Not good enough. I told them this was the only picture that I had. The response was that they needed to identify the part as being theirs, so I had to make a new photograph. Come on, I showed the original (with the described damage) next to "theirs". Still they don't accept it. This means I have to get the phone back from my sister (100km away), disassemble it and make a picture of the board to proof that it's the actual part they sent. Decent Customer Service would apologize and send a new one. Unless it is resolved, I will never buy from this site again.
